Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the AIICO Capital 2025 Graduate Trainee Programme, applicants must:

Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
Possess one to two years of post-NYSC work experience or be freshly out of NYSC
Be no older than 26 years as of December 2025
Show interest in investment and asset management
Be available for full-time employment.
Programme Location: Lagos Nigeria
