About the Eisenhower Fellowships Global Program
Every year, Eisenhower Fellowships selects outstanding leaders between the ages of 32 and 45 from diverse sectors to participate in an immersive leadership development experience in the U.S. Fellows design innovative projects, expand their global network, and spark change through dynamic collaborations with other professionals and the EF alumni community of over 1,800 global leaders.

Eligibility Criteria
- Be between 32 and 45 years old at the time of the fellowship (exceptions considered)
- Show strong leadership potential and a track record of impact
- Be highly proficient in English
- Hold citizenship or residency for at least 5 years in the country they are applying from
- Be non-residents of the U.S.
- If applying from a country where EF is not currently active, must provide a recommendation from an EF Fellow and show regional influence
- Be available for full-time participation for the entire in-person program (early April – mid-May 2026)

- Review & Interviews: May – July 2025
- Final Selection: August 2025
- Program Duration (U.S.): April – May 2026
