The Lafarge Technical Skills Development Program (TSDP) 2025 is a specialized training initiative by Lafarge Africa Plc aimed at equipping young Nigerians with practical technical skills. This intensive 18-month non-residential program offers tuition-free lectures, hands-on training, and a token monthly allowance to help offset personal expenses.

Available Disciplines
Participants will undergo structured training in the following technical areas:
- Maintenance Processes: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation, Welding & Fabrication
- Cement Manufacturing Processes: Production, Process, and Quality Control
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the program:
- Hold an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a recognized institution, obtained not earlier than 2021.
- Possess a minimum of 5 O’level credits including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and one additional subject (in a maximum of two sittings).
