Job Summary

This position is part of the IT Department, which is responsible for building and promoting the LES and PFL brands through strategic, audience-driven communication.
The role involves planning, creating, and editing high-quality visual content that tells the company’s story effectively. You will handle photography, videography, and design tasks for project sites, events, and brand assets—helping to enhance our presence on websites and social media, while supporting the marketing team with a variety of creative projects.
Your work will ensure a consistent visual identity and contribute to the production of engaging resources such as printed materials, digital graphics, videos, and photography.

Responsibilities

Capture photographs and videos for social media, project sites, and events.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create a video content calendar and shape the brand’s video strategy.

Design engaging visuals for social media campaigns.

Work with the IT/Marketing team on creative designs for brochures, websites, blogs, handbooks, and other brand materials, following tone-of-voice guidelines.

Plan and manage photography and videography sessions for all project sites.

Lead and coordinate media crew activities.

Handle editing and post-production for photography and video content.

Collaborate with team members to maintain a unified and professional brand identity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in creating content for both print and digital platforms.

Proven skills in filming and editing promotional videos.

Strong creativity and storytelling ability.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Team player who works well with diverse creative teams.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Self-motivated and open to feedback.
