What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate Intern, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Programme Department through a mix of administrative and operational tasks. You will assist in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of WaterAid Nigeria’s projects. Your role will also involve research, documentation, knowledge sharing, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in logistical planning for events and programme activities
- Support programme documentation, including proposal writing and report collation
- Contribute to knowledge management and learning initiatives
- Collaborate with the fundraising and communications teams on campaigns and donor engagement
- Participate in advocacy and stakeholder engagement efforts
- Liaise with the HR and Admin teams to support smooth programme delivery
- Carry out additional support duties as assigned by the Programme Director
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Strong written and verbal expression
- High attention to detail
- Experience working with NGOs or in the development sector is an added advantage
