Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered for the 2026 World Bank YPP:
- Be a national of a World Bank Group member country.
- Hold at least a Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in a relevant field.
- Have between 2–6 years of professional experience or equivalent academic research.
- Be proficient in spoken and written English (fluency in other languages is an advantage).
- Be no older than the eligibility threshold set by the World Bank at the time of application.
- Not currently hold a full-time World Bank Group staff contract.
